In general, we supply phones that are suitable to work in the location of the shipping address.
That usually means: if your shipping address is in North America we will send a version of the phone manufactured for that market; if your shipping address is in Europe we will send a European version of the phone, etc. For Asia we usually use the Japanese version of the device.
For USA and Canada, some of your carriers prevent certain international IMEIs from being used locally. Let us simplify this for you: if you're in US or Canada our Pixel devices (Graphene or Calyx) will work without issues; our Samsung and Oneplus devices will work well on the T-Mobile network, and on many more networks too, but will not work on the Verizon network and its derivates (this is due to the fact that generally only international versions of the Samsung devices can be degoogled).
